Data Handling and Security Practices:

• During the approval process, original documents are sent to our corporate office for processing and are stored in locked files at all times.
• A copy of the applicant’s information is temporarily retained in the management office in secured, locked files.
• Once the application process is complete, all copies of nonpublic personal information retained at the management office are shredded and securely disposed of.
• Corporate office files are stored under lock and key and are only accessible to authorized personnel.
